 Orders are subject to acceptance by us at BritishMCparts.com which trades on this site as “classicbikeseats” and as such, confirmation of acceptance is by on-line electronic data hence the Confirmation. We will always reserve all rights to bar customers from ordering goods, this includes someone that we may suspect is trying to obtain Goods/Items from us by fraudulent means.

Payments terms and item costs.

The prices of products are as quoted on the web site, but sometimes we may not have been able to update the price change right away, and therefore, the price may have changed in the interim. We reserve the right to charge the latest price rather than the advertised website price.

Or in certain case you request to have an item when next in stock

Ownership of any goods ordered shall remain with us until payment is made in full, when confirmed payment has indeed been cleared them all risks in the goods/items will be passed on to you once you have received delivery.

Goods/ Items that for some reason are not up to required standard must be notify to us via email or letter but no later than 10 days after they were delivered,  you must return the goods/items at your expense  with the completed returns form to the address provided with their original wrapping, complete and  with any documentation that was part of  your order. The return must be completed within 14 days of our original despatch date, after which time goods returned will not be accepted cannot for credit or refund.

Failure to follow this procedure will delay all monies due to you being refunded.

Monies will be refunded to you after inspection that they are indeed faulty and have not been mis treated in any way.

Goods supplied to you that were incorrectly ordered by yourself will not be subject to a refund.
